upcoming regional event, or you can view/download the schedule as well.

8:45 a.m. – 9:30 a.m – Check-in, Breakfast, Mingle in the Shields Building
9:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. – Welcome to Penn State
- Introduction to Enrollment Management at Penn State with George Zimmerman, Executive Director of Undergraduate Admissions
- Overview of Admitted Student Events at Penn State
- Yield Q&A and Conversations
11 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
- Walking Tour of Campus with Penn State’s signature backwards walking tour guides
- Rain or shine – we will have handwarmers!
12:15 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
- Lunch in Pollock Dining Commons Private Dining Commons
- Large Group Visit Discussion and Conversation
1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. – Large Events Facilities Tour of the HUB (Student Union Building)
2:30 p.m. – 3 p.m. – Overview of International Recruitment at Penn State
3 p.m. – 3:45 p.m. – Hot Topics
3:45 p.m. – Wrap-up
4 p.m. – Optional Walk to the Berkey Creamery
* There is no charge to register for this event. Lunch is provided by Penn State.
Location and Parking
The Shields Building, which is home to the Undergraduate Admissions Office is located at:
672 Curtin Road, University Park, PA 16802.
Programming will begin at the Shields Building. You should plan to park in either the Jordan East
parking lot or the Stadium West lot adjacent to the Bryce Jordan Center or Beaver Stadium. You will need to use the pre-paid code “FYFA24” in ParkMobile once you are on campus to park. We recommend taking a picture of your license plate number and coming directly to the Shields Building where we can assist with parking at check-in. Instructions to complete parking on your own are located here.
