  Join us on Thursday, April 18, 2024 for a Region V event hosted by Auburn University - Academic Colleges. Professional staff will have the chance to learn more about Auburn University’s individual academic college visits and partnership with the Office of Admission, join hot topic conversations, tour Auburn University’s campus and select academic colleges, participate in a student panel, and network with colleagues. Information regarding parking and lodging will be included in the event confirmation email.

  1 p.m. - Student Panel - Panelists will be ambassadors from Agriculture, Liberal Arts, Forestry, & Education

  1:30 p.m. - Hot Topics Session

  2:15 p.m. - Rane Culinary Science Center Tour

  3 p.m. - General Campus Tour

  4:30 p.m. - Wrap Up/End of program

  Our schedule includes educational sessions, amazing speakers, group discussions and informal programming events, all designed to help you develop new ideas, share experiences, discover best practices, and make connections with others in your field.

  You can expect to bring back great ideas, practical takeaways, and a renewed sense of energy to help make you and your institution stronger. Topics include event planning, daily visit programming, student/staff development, operations management, diversity initiatives, cultivating campus partnerships and much more.

  CANCELLATION POLICY

  Please note that registration fees are non-refundable.

  A credit for all fees paid less a $50 administrative fee will be issued if requested in writing by March 1. The registration credit has no cash value, and is valid for the next CIVSA Annual conference only. Cancellation requests must be submitted to civsaHQ@civsa.org and include the registrant’s name, email address, and amount paid. No credits will be issued after March 1.

  Conference attendees may register one guest for the Closing Dinner and Awards being held at the Museum of Flight on Friday, May 31. The cost for guest registration is $85 and includes transportation to the closing dinner venue. Registration will close when space fills or on May 1, whichever comes first. No additional guest registrations will be accepted after this date.
